  • THE COMPANY'S QUALITY POLICY


    The goal and objective of PT. Mercator Services Indonesia is to be our customer's preferred company of Indonesian Human Resource with the highest standards of service which rightfully and continuously meet their needs and expectations.

  • QUALITY OBJECTIVES



    The Quality Objective shall be measurable and consistent with the Quality Policy, Vision and Mission of the Company (5.4). The Director ensures that the Quality Objective, including those needed to meet the requirements for products and services to customers, are established at relevant functions and levels within the organization.

    The Department head is reponsible to monitor and evaluate the achievement of the relevant Quality Objectives and regularly report using a controlled forms to Director. See attachment for detail of functional Quality Objectives.
